When I noticed that the post and beam were swaying when I pushed on them. I called Leo and he came out the same day to take a look. He even suggested that I might as well do the ledger board while I had it apart. He sent me a quote later on that night. I agreed to have the work done and he put me on the schedule only a few days later. Leo and his crew came as promised and on time. They did an incredible (one day) job. Thanks to them I was able to continue and eventually finish my deck. I hired Leo and his team to finish my basement last year and was happy with the results and so I worked with him again on a bathroom renovation in July of 2025. Leo provides fair pricing, communicates promptly, and he worked with me on a very specific vision for the renovation (I am very detail oriented). His crew shows up when he says they will, and Leo routinely checks on his jobs to ensure his team is executing correctly. Leo also works with you to correct any issues that might arise. Leo had some great ideas that really helped with the bathroom design. Leo and his crew showcased impeccable craftsmanship and went above and beyond what we asked for. Leo and his team did a great job on several projects, paying attention to detail. They did a kitchen refresh that turned out really nice. The basement finish turned out great. They also did good work correcting electrical connections the former owner jumbled. Additionally, the team addressed smaller projects with the same meticulousness and attention to detail. We appreciated the meticulous work, transparency with pricing, flexibility in scheduling & availability, professionalism, and Leo's availability. Leo was helpful in answering questions, explaining things, and was personable and friendly. The entire team was great overall. We're very happy with the outcome. If you're new to hiring contractors, here's some advice based on what I've learned: ask for a project plan with estimated dates for each activity; make sure you pre-plan as much as possible, paying attention to what you need and may need; things may need to be moved around so make as much space as possible. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our kitchen renovation! From start to finish, Leo and his team were professional, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented.. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Leo provided recommendations when necessary. The results exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen is now not only beautiful but also highly functional. Our garbage disposal had a leak causing the floor board to cave in and Leo fixed the floor board and replaced the disposal. Let me start this by saying I'm pretty picky when it comes to contractors and the work they do, and I have been thoroughly impressed with Leo and his team and their work! His team was always punctual and respectful and they are the cleaned construction crew I have worked with, which was very much appreciated. They did not cut corners anywhere and everything works exactly as promised. They were also great with their help on design ideas like how to lay the tile, what color grout to go with, etc. They even went above and beyond and offered to paint our front door, which was a very nice added touch. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say and have recommended them to all of our local family and friends if they need anyone! Top tier work at excellent prices with a fantastic crew and an extremely responsive owner in Leo. They will get all of our renovation business for our house going forward! We hired them to finish our basement and they did a great job!! They were consistent in completing what needed to be done and there was communication all along the way. Leo accommodated changes that popped up in the process professionally while also making sure things that had to be done, were done.
