Leo and his team saved the day. I was in the middle of refurbishing my deck. When I noticed that the post and beam were swaying when I pushed on them. I called Leo and he came out the same day to take a look. He even suggested that I might as well do the ledger board while I had it apart. He sent me a quote later on that night. I agreed to have the work done and he put me on the schedule only a few days later. Leo and his crew came as promised and on time. They did an incredible (one day) job. Thanks to them I was able to continue and eventually finish my deck. I would recommend Leo and his team and will reach out to him with any future projects.Posted on Google

Leo provides fair pricing, communicates promptly, and he worked with me on a very specific vision for the renovation (I am very detail oriented). His crew shows up when he says they will, and Leo routinely checks on his jobs to ensure his team is executing correctly. Leo also works with you to correct any issues that might arise. Stac ELeo and his team did a great job on several projects, paying attention to detail. They did a kitchen refresh that turned out really nice. The basement finish turned out great. They also did good work correcting electrical connections the former owner jumbled. Additionally, the team addressed smaller projects with the same meticulousness and attention to detail. We appreciated the meticulous work, transparency with pricing, flexibility in scheduling & availability, professionalism, and Leo's availability. Leo was helpful in answering questions, explaining things, and was personable and friendly. The entire team was great overall. We're very happy with the outcome. If you're new to hiring contractors, here's some advice based on what I've learned: ask for a project plan with estimated dates for each activity; make sure you pre-plan as much as possible, paying attention to what you need and may need; things may need to be moved around so make as much space as possible. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Leo provided recommendations when necessary. The results exceeded our expectations. In addition, the project was completed on time and their price is competitive! We spoke with 3 other local services and LG General Contracting had the best price! Our kitchen is now not only beautiful but also highly functional. Our garbage disposal had a leak causing the floor board to cave in and Leo fixed the floor board and replaced the disposal. Let me start this by saying I'm pretty picky when it comes to contractors and the work they do, and I have been thoroughly impressed with Leo and his team and their work! His team was always punctual and respectful and they are the cleaned construction crew I have worked with, which was very much appreciated. They did not cut corners anywhere and everything works exactly as promised. They were also great with their help on design ideas like how to lay the tile, what color grout to go with, etc. They even went above and beyond and offered to paint our front door, which was a very nice added touch. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say and have recommended them to all of our local family and friends if they need anyone! Top tier work at excellent prices with a fantastic crew and an extremely responsive owner in Leo. They will get all of our renovation business for our house going forward! They were consistent in completing what needed to be done and there was communication all along the way. Leo accommodated changes that popped up in the process professionally while also making sure things that had to be done, were done. He was incredibly resourceful in helping us maximize the small floor plan of our bathroom, ensuring the layout was both beautiful and highly functional. Additionally, he found ways to improve the bathrooms as the project was underway. With his guidance, we also selected both a stunning custom cabinet and a beautiful custom glass shower door that elevated the space. Hiring this contractor the second time, unfortunately, was not a pleasant experience as the first time. The project was for an entire bath renovation. He couldn't seem to figure out the correct size for the pull out shower door. Ordered and returned 3 times! Blaming me after the third try for ordering the incorrect size when I just relied on the measurements he provided! He wanted to order another shower door again but it seemed ridiculous at that point. He arrived on time to our first appointment and listened to every part of the project. Leo then provided an accurate and easy to understand quote by his deadline. When the work began his crew arrived on time and Leo was there to introduce me to his team. He walked through and confirmed details with the onsite project manager. During the week, the project went really smooth. His project manager would let me know the progress of the project each day. They were open to our questions and adjustments. They also offered their opinions on where we should place or move lights, which paint to use, etc. Not only did Leo and his team finish the job on time, they did an excellent job. Leo arranged all the plumbing, electrical, construction, flooring, and painting. He also provided suggestions on home improvement supplies stores which had the best selection and prices to keep the project on budget. His estimate of the quantity of materials and schedule was very accurate. We were so satisfied with how the project worked out that we hired LG General Contracting for additional work to build custom oak shelves to match the flooring. The price was reasonable, especially when they put in little extras, such as picking up/returning supplies. In the end, the spa room turned out beautiful, and we enjoyed having relaxing stay-cations in our own house. We will hire them again for future projects. He provides his honest opinion. His pricing is competitive and delivers quality workmanship. He is not pushy at all. The team always clean up before they leave for the night. We had our deck updated, electrical work done, new floors, bathroom remodeled, painting around the house, and they even fixed our main water line when it leaked.
